Description: Under the aegis of Central Board of Secondary

Education (CBSE) CoE Patna, a 02-days capacity building programme on the topic "Classroom Manangement" was hosted by DPS Ranchi on 2nd and 3rd September 2023. The resource persons of this programme were Ms. Sulagna Basak, TGT, Jamshedpur Public School and Dr. Pushkal Giri, Principal, St. Joseph's School, Siwan, Bihar. The session mainly focussed on the three components of Effective Classroom Management i.e Content Management, Conduct Management and Covenant Management. The programme was attended by 62 teachers of various CBSE schools.
