Description: In a grand display of academic pride and achievement, Delhi Public School, Ranchi, hosted an inspiring Felicitation Ceremony at the Vivekananda Auditorium to honour the stellar performance of its Class XII Science stream students in the CBSE Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) 2025. The celebration was graced by Dr. Manish Ranjan (IAS), Director General, Shri Krishna Institute of Public Administration, Ranchi who presided as the Chief Guest, and Mr. Prabhat Kumar, (IPS), IG, Special Branch, Jharkhand, who attended as the Guest of Honour. Their presence infused the event with gravitas and encouragement for the young achievers. The programme commenced with a melodious Welcome Song presented by the school choir, which filled the auditorium with energy and emotion. This was followed by the formal welcome — a sapling and memento presentation to the esteemed guests by the Honourable Principal, Dr. Jaya Chauhan, marking the ceremonial opening of the event. A total of 259 meritorious students who secured 90% and above in the Science stream were felicitated for their academic brilliance. The Chief Guest personally handed over certificates of recognition and mementos, as the audience applauded the achievers celebrating the grit, determination and hard work of the young scholars. On this auspicious occasion, Nupur Singh was bestowed with The Nishant Kumar Memorial Award and received a cash prize of ?30,000 and a memento from Nishant’s parents.
